1. Both XCF and KYF flotation machines are inflated flotation machines with small impeller diameter and low circumferential speed, which can reduce power by 30-50%. KYF type has no self-priming slurry capacity and low power; while XCF type has self-priming slurry capacity and can be horizontally arranged without foam pump. When the XCF flotation machine is working, with the rotation of the impeller, the slurry in the tank is sucked from the periphery of the tank through the bottom of the tank to the impeller blades. At the same time, the air supplied by the blower through the hollow shaft and the impeller chamber is distributed. And also enter it. After the slurry and air are thoroughly mixed between the blades, they are pushed upward from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, and the stator is stabilized and oriented to enter the entire groove. The bubble rises to the foam stabilization zone, and after the enrichment process, the foam overflows from the overflow weir and enters the foam tank. A part of the slurry flows to the lower part of the impeller, and then is stirred by the impeller to remix to form mineralized bubbles, and the remaining slurry flows down to a trough until it finally becomes a tailings.
