The sorghum type spiral classifier adopts the milled slurry from the feed port located in the middle of the settling zone to the water tank, and the inclined installation tank below is the slurry graded settlement zone, and the spiral rotates at a low speed to agitate the pulp to make fine particles. Suspended to the top and overflowed to the overflow weir. The coarse particles sink to the bottom of the tank and are conveyed by the screw to the discharge port for discharge as sand. The position of the weir is higher than the center of the bearing at the lower end of the screw shaft, lower than the upper edge of the spiral at the overflow end.
