Product Features

Working Principle

The ore group is fed from the feeding tank at the corner of the 6-S shaker bed. At the same time, the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the water supply tank, so the gravity of the ore particles in the gravity, the lateral flow, and the inertia generated by the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface. Under the action of friction, it is layered by specific gravity and particle size, and moves longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. The ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement directions, respectively, which are discharged from the different areas of the shaker concentrate end and the tailings side, and finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
