First, mining terminology:

The name ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal often misunderstands that black metal must be black, but it is not. There are only five types of ferrous metals: iron, manganese, chromium, vanadium, and titanium. And none of them are black!

Pure iron is silvery white; manganese is silvery white; chromium is grayish white. Because the surface of the iron is often rusted, covered with a mixture of black ferroferric oxide and tan iron oxide, it looks black. So people call it "black metal." Often referred to as "black metallurgical industry", mainly refers to the steel industry. Because the most common alloy steels are manganese steel and chrome steel, manganese and chromium are also considered "black metals".

SF flotation separator machine introduction:

The flotation separator machine drives the impeller to rotate by the electric motor V-belt drive, and generates centrifugal force to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, the air is mixed with the slurry, and on the other hand, the slurry is mixed with the medicine, and the foam is refined to make the mineral bond foam. , float to the pulp surface to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the shutter and control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped off by the scraper. The rough selection, sweeping and selection of flotation operations in the concentrator can be widely used for the selection of ferrous minerals.

SF flotation separator machine works:

The working principle of the SF flotation separator machine, when the impeller rotates, the slurry in the upper and lower impeller chambers generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is twisted to the periphery, so that a negative pressure zone is formed in the upper and lower impeller chambers. At the same time, the slurry in the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate to form a slurry circulation. When the lower blade pulls out the slurry around, the lower slurry is replenished to the center, thus forming a lower circulation of the slurry. The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, and is mixed with the sucked slurry to form a large number of fine bubbles, which are uniformly dispersed in the groove through the cover plate to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped off by the scraper to form a foam product.
